Breakfast was OUTSTANDING - tasty , fresh and varied - set us up for exploring . Plenty of delicious choice for vegetarians and carnivores - great coffee also . We arrived early and were treated to breakfast on the morning of our arrival !!! Now that was such an amazing surprise !!!

To be honest I cannot find one thing !!! Perfect place to stay in Lisbon .

The 24/7 mini buffet was fantastic for late-night snacks, but consider asking for specific food options.

The hotel had a central location in the old city centre. We could drink something at Joe's Crab Shack, located 1 mi away. Got lovely modern and well decorated room with snacks and the bathroom and drinks had a perfect stay overall.

Check-in was easy. The staff greeted me warmly. I loved my Premium Double Room. It had a fine view and a comfortable bed, made for great sleep. The breakfast was great with a fantastic variety, and the dining area had lovely views toward the nearby castle. Being in such a prime location made it easy to explore local shops and restaurants. There was some noise from the street below, which could be distracting, especially at night. I noticed the French doors to the patio needed a bit of work, but they closed once I figured out the technique. The staff remained supportive throughout my stay, even during the morning check-out.

The fragrance dispenser in the room made a bizarre noise that disturbed sleep!!! The bathroom entry felt slightly awkward and could use a redesign for better accessibility!!!

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities

The 24/7 mini buffet was a good surprise, offering hot drinks and snacks whenever we needed. While the room lacked a fridge, we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and skilled service. Tip, the rooftop views are amazing!

The stay included a superb breakfast with a variety of options that were always fresh, and the included light snacks throughout the day were a good perk. The hotel is situated near many historic sites. The bathroom layout could use some rethinking for better accessibility, and there could be more fridge availability in the rooms. The noise from the fragrance dispenser was also a bit distracting during the night.
